Microsoft has officially launched its new Chromium-based Edge browser across both Windows and macOS. It will also be available on iOS and Android. Microsoft said in November that the new Chromium-based Edge would begin replacing the “traditional” Edge. For now, you can manually download and install it.

Microsoft plans to automatically update Windows 10 users with this new version of Edge which will fully replace the existing built-in browser. If you’re a business user, you can choose to remain on the “old” Edge. Consumers, however, won’t have a choice
